HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

At Fabio Giovanni you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to click on Shop menu at the top of the page, where you can find sub categories such as Shirts and Belts which will redirect you to the product listing page. You can also search for item(s) by clicking search icon on the top right of the page.

After finding your item, simply select your size and the quantity, then click ‘Add to Basket. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout.

You can review the item(s) in basket by clicking the basket link on the top right of the page. Click the remove link to remove from your basket.

After adding the item(s) to your basket which you want to purchase, click on “Basket & Purchase” to complete checkout and payment process.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Discover and we accept payment via PayPal.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP AT Fabio Giovanni?

Yes, to secure your shopping experience, Fabio Giovanni uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects your information on the internet. You will see padlock at the top of your browser you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Fabio Giovanni allow customer to purchase item(s) without any registration. However, if you are registered on our website you can also enjoy the following additional services: Save your address and personal detail for faster shopping in future. Manage your Wish list, although you can share it with your friends Manage your account details, subscriptions and see order status

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by clicking on following link fabiogiovanni.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/ or follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Sign in' page. After receiving your request, you will receive an email having instruction to create new password.

HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?

For orders to European Union countries (EU) - price is inclusive of VAT.
For orders outside European Union (EU) / Rest Of the World (ROW), price is inclusive of express delivery. Customer needs to pay Custom & Duties charges on checkout.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

It is not possible to add new item(s) to an existing order. Our advice is to place separate new order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number to view and track the status of your shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you have the right to cancel the order with Fabio Giovanni provided you give us by email to ask@fabiogiovanni.com.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from placing the order or you can cancel the order within14 days of receiving the order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Should you wish to return an item(s), we are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided item(s) are returned to Fabio Giovanni within 14 days of receipt.

All item(s) must be returned in original condition and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on item(s) that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 2 working days after we receive return(s) to process the refund, plus a further 5 days for funds to clear and reach your account.
